Shipping & Returns
Fast, reliable, and easy. Here's what you need to know.
Location: We currently only ship within Curaçao.
Speed: We are proud to offer 24-hour delivery on all orders. If you place your order before 5:00 PM on a business day, you will receive it the very next day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Cost: Shipping is a flat rate of XCG 15.00 on all orders. We offer FREE shipping for orders over XCG 100.00.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way. You can also track your order from your account page.
Timeframe: We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@modiva.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
